The February Hit List: Where In the Twin Cities You’ll Want to Eat Right Now
There’s no question we hear more often: Where should I go eat? And while we at Resy know it’s an honor to be the friend who everyone asks for restaurant advice, we also know it’s a complicated task. That’s where the Resy Hit List comes in.
We’ve designed it to be your essential resource for dining in Minneapolis and Saint Paul: a monthly-updated (and newly expanded!) guide to the restaurants in that you won’t want to miss — tonight or any night.
Three Things In the Twin Cities Not to Miss This Month
- Meet Gia: Woman-owned Gia is opening in Southwest Minneapolis, by chef-owners Jo Seddon and Lisa Wengler, alums of Gavin Kaysen’s kitchens. Look for dishes like seared bruschetta topped with bright tomatoes, inspired by travels to Italy and Southern France. Book here.
- Coffee Flights: C.R.E.A.M Cafe is the newest endeavor from Soul Bowl owners Brittney and Gerard Klass, tucked into the heart of Mill District and serving coffee flights that include offerings like banana chai or toffee cake latte, along with all day breakfast and lunch items like flat breads. More info here.
- V-Day Every Day: No need to wait until February 14 for a romantic – and inexpensive! – night out. The adorable Italian-focused Terzo, in South Minneapolis, is offering a date-night special Monday through Thursday: just $65 for two. (Book here.) Dinner includes a wine carafe, a choice of starter to share, and two entrees. While the deal does not include dessert, the ever-changing cookie platter is well worth the sweet splurge. Of course you can also book a Valentines’ Day prix fixe there too; also at Young Joni, where a set menu is $75.
