Ten Outstanding Private Dining Options in Chicago

By

As the holidays approach, we’re particularly grateful for the chance to share a festive meal with friends, family and colleagues after two pandemic-filled years. Fortunately, for those of us less — ahem — inclined to prepare said feast ourselves, Chicago’s restaurants offer a slew of special private and semi-private dining spaces for events ranging from casual family gatherings over heaping passed plates, to elegant office parties with stunning views, stylish cocktail hours with impeccable playlists, and intimate friend catch-ups over posh bites.

A friendly heads-up: most spots on this list are available for full and/or partial buyouts; and do note that restaurants’ group policies vary — some opt for a set menu, other don’t; some are bookable via Resy, while others encourage you to reach out directly. However you celebrate, cheers to this holiday season and an even better ‘22.
