The Resy Guide to 2021 Michelin Winners in Washington, D.C.

By

It’s Bibendum time again for D.C. restaurants, a statement that seems downright surreal after the past year. The French-owned guide paused its awards last year amid the pandemic, but announced earlier this month that both its much-cherished stars and other awards, including the Bib Gourmands, would return in the United States this spring — starting with Washington.

Below are those D.C. winners available to book on Resy — both those prestigious starred restaurants and the Bib Gourmands, meant to represent more casual and affordable dining. Meantime, you can peruse the full list here, and find further restaurants recommendations worldwide via the MICHELIN Guide app.
