The September Hit List: Chishuru, Cora Pearl, Sollip, and More

By

Summer doesn’t technically end for another month, meaning that for a brief time, diners get the best of both worlds — the possibility of dining outdoors, mixed with the flavours of an autumnal harvest as the days get shorter. While dining out is still an option, expect to see more squash and game grace menus, and dishes lean into comfort to see us into the new season. And don’t forget that many independent restaurants have extended the government’s “Eat Out to Help Out” initiative — on their own dime.

As ever, be sure to observe any and all COVID-19 safety precautions; wash your hands, wear a mask as necessary, and tip generously. From a trailblazing West African gem to a Korean fine diner worth getting excited about, here’s your September Hit List.
