This neighborhood pasta eatery has returned with a new retail component to suit its hyperlocal ethos. In addition to à la carte menu favorites (we’ll take stracci with braised lamb, pecorino, and mint, please) and weekly rotating meal kits for four, owner and executive chef Joe Frillman launched a virtual retail market. There you’ll find pasta by the pound, fresh produce (including Wednesday farm boxes from his brother Tim’s nearby farm, Frillman Farms), meat, beverages, and sundries from local producers including Klug Farm and Preserved States.
