Unconventional robatayaki fare is what’s on at Inko Nito. Conceived by Rainer Becker (Zuma, ROKA, and Oblix) and developed alongside chef Hamish Brown, the kitchen offers salads, “nigaki” (roasted nori with sushi rice and various toppings), hot dishes such as fried shrimp with spicy Korean miso, and robata (meat, fish, veggie). This is the kind of place you want to come with an entourage; the atmosphere is buzzy, the kitchen is open, and there’s a lot to share.
