The “Slow Food, Fast Cars” Dining Events with Massimo Bottura, Presented by Resy and Phaidon

This October, Resy and Phaidon invite you to join Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore to celebrate the launch of their new book Slow Food, Fast Cars: Casa Maria Luigia – Stories and Recipes. The book is published by Phaidon and features recipes curated by chef Jessica Rosval of Casa Maria Luigia.

The Dining Events

October 29: Lunch, 12pm at NoMad London — BOOK NOW

October 30: Dinner, 6:30pm at NoMad London — BOOK NOW

 

Ticket Details

Price: £300 per person inclusive of wine/non-alcoholic drinks pairing

Format: Canapé reception followed by a six-course seated dinner or six-course seated lunch

Menu details: Tola dolza menu from Casa Maria Luigia and classic dishes from Osteria Francescana

Special additions: A signed copy of the new book by Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore: Slow Food, Fast Cars: Casa Maria Luigia – Stories and Recipes alongside a meet and greet opportunity with Massimo and Lara.
