The April Hit List: Cantina Feliz, Abe Fisher, Nunzio, and More

By

Things have felt relatively stable over the past month since Philadelphia dropped the mask mandate (though please note, some restaurants still are asking for vaccination cards). Restaurants are filling up both indoors and outdoors and events are being held in person again, but one thing has remained the same: how chefs let their creativity shine throughout the entire dining experience.

As the seasons change, so do the menus, and with spring in full swing we welcome back the familiar pungent flavors of spring onions and ramps, as well as the earthy notes of asparagus and morels. This month we’re celebrating Passover with a coffee-braised brisket inspired by Mike Solomonov’s mother at Abe Fisher, we’re getting eggs Benedict for brunch at Sidecar Bar & Grill, and we’re enjoying live music while eating old school pasta at Heritage. Here’s your April Hit List.
