Bar manager Craig Lane’s new spring cocktail The White Lily is made with gin, white rum, curaçao, and absinthe and has us wanting to run, not walk, to the restaurant. Of course, the restaurant’s signature duck for two should be the main course, but don’t miss the nibbles like grilled duck heart skewers and mushroom profiteroles with vadouvan. Pro tip: Be sure to ask for owner Paul Einbund to see if he has any Chartreuse.
