Sometimes you just need a good ol’ donburi for lunch. Chef-owner Sho Kamio has a few different sets to satisfy whatever you’re feeling – from salmon sashimi with marinated salmon roe and seaweed and ginger to a grilled eel bowl with tamago and tobiko. There’s also a vegetable version if you’re veering vegetarian with curry and pickled daikon.
