Every Saturday in November (Nov. 7, 14, 21, and 28), chef Margot Henderson and Melanie Arnold will curate special meal kits, complete with drinks and table settings. Each week, they’ll take inspiration from a chef they’ve cooked with in a different part of the world. Here’s a look at the chefs who will inspire each kit:
