Michelin two-star Commis is back. Chef-owner James Syhabout is offering up a four-course set meal for two that will include a little gem salad, main course with sides (this week: Liberty Farms duck breast with early stone fruit and Cognac gastrique), and his wonderful Commis sourdough bread with butter. There’ll also be dessert to end on a sweet note, and rumor has it you may be able to get the famed Commis egg yolk as an add-on. Round it out with a bottle of wine and a cocktail from CDP (or both).
