The former Bacchanalia space is shedding its fine dining skin, in favor of a more casual affair. Enter the newly opened Redbird, where a “come as you are” philosophy rings true in everything from the dining room (open and luminous, with a view of the kitchen from every seat) to the plates, where ex-Watershed chef Zeb Stevenson cooks up the very best of what’s local and in season (think summer squash fritters, poached leeks, and grilled okra).
