To celebrate the launch of Global Dining Access by Resy, American Express and Resy are partnering on a number of exclusive events and experiences for eligible Card Members this summer and fall. These events are a first taste of the culinary experiences that Global Dining Access Members will be able to book on an ongoing basis, ranging from intimate dinners to innovative dining concepts, all featuring top chefs from the Global Dining Access collection.

Global Dining Access Members Are Invited to a Hamptons “Supper Club” with Menus Prepared by Top Culinary Talent: Shukette x Momofuku Ko and COTE Korean Steakhouse x Olmsted will Collaborate for a Two-Night Dinner Series Under the Stars
Global Dining Access Members are invited to the first Supper Club, a new dinner party series kicking off at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill, the Hamptons, August 14-15. Supper Club will also pop up in Malibu in October and bring diners together with top culinary talent in beautiful environments (full details to be announced in the coming weeks).
Supper Club Hamptons features award-winning New York City chefs:
- Saturday, August 14: Shukette and Shuka’s Ayesha Nurdjaja in collaboration with Momofuku Ko’s Esther Ha
- Sunday, August 15: COTE’s David Shim in collaboration with Olmsted’s Greg Baxtrom
The chef-pairs will cook under the stars at Nova’s Ark Project where guests will be seated in the sculpture park’s rolling fields. Four-course menus, with paired beverages to match, will bring together the chefs’ signature styles.
Supper Club Hamptons tickets are $250 per person and go on sale Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 10 a.m. EDT exclusively for Global Dining Access Members. Global Dining Access Members Will Dine on a Floating Pop-Up Restaurant Docked on Manhattan’s East River
For five days in September (17-21), Global Dining Access Members1 will have the chance to dine “at sea” without leaving NYC, when Platinum Coast – a 225-foot floating, pop-up restaurant – docks on Manhattan’s East River at 30th Street. Top chefs will headline the multi-day culinary experience. Full details will be announced on August 4.
