The Resy Hit List: Where In Nashville You’ll Want to Eat in March 2024

By

There’s no question we hear more often: Where should I go eat? And while we at Resy know it’s an honor to be the friend who everyone asks for restaurant advice, we also know it’s a complicated task. That’s where the Resy Hit List comes in.

We’ve designed it to be your essential resource for dining in Nashville: a monthly-updated (and newly expanded!) guide to the restaurants in that you won’t want to miss — tonight or any night.

Four Things In Nashville Not to Miss This Month

  • Explore and Discover: Always conscious of the needs and desires of diners, chef Sean Brock has created a new split menu option at June, his modernist exploration of the Appalachian ingredients and the dishes of his youth. The full Exploration Menu is still available for $250 per patron for a multi-hour experience of dish after dish representing the latest hyper-seasonal kitchen creations. New is the Discovery Menu at half the fare, representing a more concise offering of some favorite dishes from previous tasting menus.
  • Celebrate a Classic: West Nashville neighborhood Sperry’s celebrates 50 years in operation this month, and a new generation of local diners has discovered the joys of a classic steakhouse and seafood menu accompanied by trips through the salad bar famous for its ice-cold plates and retro green goddess dressing. Unwilling to rest on their laurels, Sperry’s has recently announced an upcoming cafe and mercantile coming to Bellevue to join locations in Belle Meade and Cool Springs.
  • Go Greek: Since migrating from Nemea, Greece more than four decades ago, the Darsinos family has opened multiple beloved restaurants around Nashville, including GReKo, Darfons, and Southside Grill. The latest contribution from Bill and Sam Darsinos is Salento Italia in Donelson. Adding familial Greek influences to Italian pizzas, pastas, and mains, the Darsinos have brought Mediterranean cuisine to the burgeoning Donelson neighborhood. Want more recent arrivals? Keep an eye on New on Resy.
  • Get Brunching: It’s never too early to start thinking about Easter brunch, especially since Easter comes early this year. At Henley, they’ll be welcoming guests with a bountiful buffet featuring a pineapple bourbon-glazed ham carving station, shrimp & grits bar with all the fixins, deviled eggs, country-fried steak with peppered gravy and buttermilk biscuits, sugar pearl waffles, and more holiday favorites. The special buffet will run $38 for adults, $18 for children 12 and under; kids under 2 eat for free. Reservations strongly recommended.
