River Twice has become known for its inventive tasting menu, but this summer they’re adding an a la carte “grazing menu” to the mix. Available Thursday through Sunday for outdoor dining only, the grazing menu features oysters topped with trout roe, grilled soft shell crabs, and — you guessed it — their legendary Mother Rucker burger. Alfresco dining on East Passyunk Avenue just got better.
