ELIGIBILITY: Resy At Home Specials Giveaway “Sweepstakes” is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older, who have a Resy account and who live within the delivery area for the applicable restaurant. Establishing a Resy account is free. American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals who are employed by any local, state or federal government office or agency, elected officials and individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO PLAY: The Sweepstakes will be conducted from 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) through 9:00 PM ET on June 25, 2020 or when all prizes have been awarded, whichever is sooner (“Sweepstakes Period”). To play, solve the riddle found at Resy’s Instagram page to reveal which restaurant is offering the Resy at Home Special Meal (“Prize”), then head to the Resy At Home Specials collection on Resy.com. If you are one of the first 94 individuals to order the Prize, you will be a winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible individuals playing and the timing of their orders.

WINNER VERIFICATION: If a potential winner is employed by any local, state or federal government office or agency, is an elected official or listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List or he/she is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited.

PRIZES (100): Resy at Home Special Meal. Approximate Retail Value: $50 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000. Prize is accepted at winner’s own risk. Sponsor is not responsible for any allergies or other issues, dietary or otherwise, associated with acceptance and use of Prize. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winner’s responsibility. No transfer, cash equivalent or substitution of Prize, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per address.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, delayed or inaccurate orders, emails or other communications or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of a Sweepstakes, the functionality of the website, the processing of orders, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in a Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or application or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate a Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of a Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners for any unclaimed prizes from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
