Originally started as a food truck in 2015, the team quickly earned a reputation for consistently providing highly flavorful food fusions built from local ingredients. The menu rotates with the season, but you can always find what we can only describe as craveable food: ramen, beef salads, a quesadilla, and a really delectable bahn mi, made even better if you go for the marinated fried tofu as the protein option. There’s counter service, cocktails, local kombucha and breads, wines for sale, and hardly ever a parking spot out front.
