By

According to new census estimates, the Hispanic community now makes up the largest demographic in Texas, with an estimated 11.9 million residents. It goes without saying that it has made tremendous contributions to local history and culture … and food, obviously.

From Flora to El Meson to Urbe and more, we want to make sure these 10 spots are on your radar.
