Where to Eat in October: Gingerline, Tippling House, Millers All Day, and More

New restaurants in Charleston give us a chance to try new things — and especially so now that the streets are a little less packed for fall.

That said, the rush of tourists downtown continues to cultivate new restaurants, sometimes in places you may not have gone in a while. Like Gingerline, now serving Latin-inspired dishes in the old Ruth’s Chris on Market Street. Or Ritual, which is taking its turn on a popular stretch of Calhoun Street, newly opened in a rooftop space with Marion Square views. And on James Island, the second location of downtown breakfast hotspot Millers All Day is now tucked into its new home off Maybank Highway. They’re all part of the latest Resy Hit List, our roster of 10 must-know spots each month.

So wherever October takes you, be sure you grab a Resy, and get out and explore.
