Bunny Bunny, Baobab Fare, Three Cats, and More: Introducing the Detroit Hit List

By

With COVID restrictions easing, summer in Michigan this year brings with it a potential cause for some responsible celebration. And the people sure are celebrating.

From Detroit’s little-known canal district to Corktown and Clawson, patios and dining rooms buzz again with human interaction. The post-vaccine landscape looks a little different, with a host of exciting newcomers augmenting beloved standbys who’ve also been indelibly transformed by the last 15 months. That includes everything from a hybrid of northern Indian and southern American cooking in Eastern Market, vegan-focused Latin American in Ferndale, and literal farm-to-table hidden in the canal district.

Featuring all that and more, Resy is proud to debut our Hit List for Detroit. So come hungry, and get ready for a summer to remember.
