After enduring almost a year of constant adjustments to pandemic indoor-outdoor dining rules, and sky-high delivery fees, Portland restaurants have gone through drastic changes trying to stay open. Those changes include Prey + Tell‘s shift from an outdoor Cambodian noodle pop-up to a fried chicken delivery centric pop-up, a re-expanded nigiri and sashimi menu at Nimblefish, and a return to moody cocktails and high-end whiskey pours at Scotch Lodge.
