Set inside an old 1800s carriage house, Zero Restaurant + Bar is no less than one of Charleston’s ultimate fine dining restaurants, thanks to the dazzling Vinson Petrillo who helms the small kitchen. The seasonal, ever-changing menu is a lesson in flavor and molecular gastronomy, so opt for the chef’s tasting menu; your taste buds are about to get blown away.

Owner Alec Bradford doesn’t just believe in farm-to-table cuisine; he lives by it, bringing sustainability, food transparency, and his farm’s own humanely raised meat to the tables of Herd Provisions. The latest venture from the trio behind Saltwater Cowboys on Shem Creek, Hooked reels in local seafood.
