“Our beverage program highlights the love of global and seasonal inspiration,” said co-owner Marissa Katherine Balloo. So, the unveiling of the fall cocktail menu at this Ft. Lauderdale hotspot effortlessly blends both, as exemplified in the bar’s Dirty Chai Martini, which is made with Mutiny Island coffee-infused vodka, Kahlúa, Chai black tea, and topped with a pumpkin spice blend. Other new fall options include the Cider Spritz, Campfire Mule, and Pumpkin Margarita, so whatever your mood, you’re covered.

For those who crave a cocktail with some heat, this fiery fall drink is a blend of spicy tequila and smoky mezcal. It’s balanced with watermelon agave, orange liqueur, fresh lime, and rosemary. “I’ve always been a big fan of mezcal, but I know it’s not for everyone, so I designed this as a way to introduce people to it,” explains Christina Demas, Maple Hospitality Group’s national spirits and brand director. “The smoke is softened and balanced by spice, making it more approachable.”

Embracing Miami’s not-so-crisp fall, this is ViceVersa’s refreshing, light, and elegant take on the ubiquitous red cocktail. Their White Negroni is part of a redesigned menu featuring 10 new drinks and some updates to its Negroni offering. This refreshing cocktail uses No.3 Gin as a base, layering in Italicus, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, ViceVersa’s proprietary Vermouth blend, and a mix of Buddha’s hand, and etrog.

When Uchi landed in Miami, it brought its creative take on Japanese cuisine but also embraced the city’s Latin and Caribbean flavors. This seasonal cocktail reflects this cultural tapestry with spiced plantain fermented tepache, a plantain-based mix of fall spices, Planteray Original Dark Rum, and Campari.

Honoring its French pedigree, this fall cocktail name translates to ‘Pear and Sage,’ and it’s a nod to pear season. This elegant seasonal twist on a martini embraces fall flavors with its creamy pumpkin spice-infused RumChata blended with nitro-infused espresso crème de cacao, Amsterdam Vodka, and finished with a dusting of pumpkin spice. “The drink is the perfect kick of fall flavors,” says Stephanie Castaneda, the restaurant’s beverage director.
