With warming spring weather and more people vaccinated, life is slowly resuming to some semblance of normalcy for Seattle bars and restaurants. We’re not quite there yet, but there’s hope — as diners fill patio seating to enjoy warmth from that strange, bright object in the sky, no longer huddled next to heat lamps in a dozen layers of clothing. Plus restaurants have adapted indoor dining logistics that are keeping Seattlites safe — guests and servers alike.
