The Resy Hit List: Where In Seattle You’ll Want to Eat Right Now

By

There’s no question we hear more often: Where should I go eat? And while we at Resy know it’s an honor to be the friend who everyone asks for restaurant advice, we also know it’s a complicated task. That’s where the Resy Hit List comes in.

We’ve designed it to be your essential resource for dining in Seattle: a monthly-updated (and newly expanded!) guide to the restaurants in that you won’t want to miss — tonight or any night.

Four Things In Seattle Not to Miss This Month

  • K-Pop-Up: Chef-owner Hyun Kim of O’Kims in Honolulu is hosting a one-night-only pop-up at Copine featuring her exquisite modern Korean cuisine. Indulge in a 6-course menu, including gochujang-glazed chicken mandu, succulent rib-eye paired with banchan, and a delightful ssuk rice cake served with tofu ice cream. Check for tickets and get on the waitlist here, and check out other local events here.
  • NW Meets Italy: Taste the award-winning wines of Mellisoni Vineyards, named Winery of the Year 2021 by Winepress Northwest, and dine alongside winery owner Rob Mellison at Asado in Tacoma. A five-course dinner will be paired with Italian-style reds, whites, and Prosecco. Save your spot here.
  • Go Big For Easter: Indulge in the grand holiday buffet at Ray’s Café, priced at $85 per person ($35 for children), including coffee, juice, and sodas. Enjoy an array of appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts, including Ray’s traditional carving and shellfish stations brimming with Northwest seafood. Book here, and explore other Easter options here.
  • Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth: Seattle welcomes Kemi Dessert Bar with open arms as they transport their Korean-inspired treats from NYC to the Pacific Northwest. Explore their fun and nostalgic desserts infused with Asian flavors such as miso, pandan, oolong tea, and black sesame. Follow their pop-ups across the city for a taste of something truly extraordinary.
