The Resy Hit List: Where In Seattle You’ll Want to Eat Right Now

By

There’s no question we hear more often: Where should I go eat? And while we at Resy know it’s an honor to be the friend who everyone asks for restaurant advice, we also know it’s a complicated task. That’s where the Resy Hit List comes in.

We’ve designed it to be your essential resource for dining in Seattle: a monthly-updated (and newly expanded!) guide to the restaurants in that you won’t want to miss — tonight or any night.

Four Things In Seattle Not to Miss This Month

  • Bắc is Back: The Rainier Valley branch of the Phở Bắc restaurant group has reopened. Originally opened by the Pham family in 1982, this outpost recently underwent a facelift after 23 years. Expect familiar faces, and the convenience of credit card payments after years of being cash-only. If we might say: It’s a great option to celebrate Lunar New Year, as is Plenty of Clouds on Capitol Hill.
  • Go Big for Valentine’s:  The Butcher’s Table will plate four delicious courses for its special $165 Valentine’s Day menu, including a “Happy Oysters” trio and a marvelously tender 8 oz. Mishima Reserve Five Star New York strip steak with Bordelaise sauce. Book here, and explore other V-Day options here.
  • Curl Up: Elevate a first date with rooftop curling at Frolik. Ideal for breaking the ice — pun intended — this is one sport that’s light-hearted enough to allow you and your date to engage in friendly competition, with views of downtown Seattle as a bonus. Dress warmly, and find more info here (look for the ticket icon for events). And discover more to do at Resy’s Events page.

  • Keep on Truckin’:The 4th Annual Alki Beach Winter Food Truck & Beer Festival on Feb. 24 has all the winter vibes. Presented by Special Olympics Washington and Mobile Food Rodeo, the event features local beers and ciders, plus food trucks, and polar plunging, for those who indulge. Tickets start at $20. More info here.
