All dining experiences will take place alongside a site-specific art installation from renowned artist Phillip K. Smith III.
The Dinner Series
For three nights only, Resy and American Express are hosting intimate dining experiences headlined by renowned chefs. Each chef will create a multi-course menu complete with wine pairings, and will be on site to interact with guests. The experiences will be hosted within a pop-up space in Miami’s Design District, featuring an art installation by artist Phillip K. Smith III commissioned for Resy and American Express. The dinner lineup:
Tuesday, November 29: Massimo Bottura of Italy’s Osteria Francescana — BOOK NOW
Thursday, December 1: Missy Robbins of New York’s Lilia and Misi — BOOK NOW
Friday, December 2: Mashama Bailey of Savannah’s The Grey — BOOK NOW

The Art
Southern California desert-based artist Phillip K. Smith III will debut Garden of Reflections, a site-specific art installation commissioned for the pop-up. Smith – who last showed at Art Basel 2017 – has created a series of reflective columnar sculptures that react to the immediate surroundings: the sun, clouds, treetops, and architecture during the day, and the action of the dining experience at night.
