At Park Cities favorite Sachet, the sibling restaurant to Knox-Henderson’s Gemma, Mediterranean-inspired food — vegetables especially — are anointed to new levels, especially during spring. Small plates include wood-oven mushrooms, and a tuna crudo featuring sugar snap peas and grapefruit. Entrees go all in, like the cauliflower steak with eggplant and quinoa tabouli, and lamb chops with porcini farrotto and cherry tomatoes. The comfortably plush setup is at once elegant yet relaxing, and the patio amps up European vibes.
