Lynn’s French-Vietnamese rising star gives diners the chance to experience its menu via a seven-, nine-, or 12-course blind tasting. While we can’t tell you exactly what those courses may include, a perusal of the a la carte selections suggest grilled coconut sticky rice pops, Manila clams in a bouillabaisse broth, and housemade egg noodles with caramelized garlic sauce.
