Husband-and-wife team Shaun McCrain and Jill Kinney — formerly of Book Bindery in Seattle and Per Se in New York — craft sophisticated French-inspired dishes, like beautiful slices of citrus-cured hamachi with green apple and bonito, handmade early summer corn agnolotti with duck confit sauce, and perfect foie gras terrine. In all its pure and elegant glory, they’re also welcoming guests back in July with a three-course set menu. There’s nothing lovelier than someone else making all the decisions right now.
