The February Hit List: The Mountaineering Club, Chengdu Taste, Harvest Vine, and More

Hardy Seattleites don’t stop going out just because the weather turns gray and wet. Even during a pandemic, outdoor patios — and limited indoor seating — reign supreme for safe and distanced socializing. After all, eating and drinking isn’t just good for the soul; we need it in order to survive these long winter days. And things like PB&J jalapeño poppers, paella kits, and gochujang-spiced fried chicken will definitely help. (And restaurants need our support, whether you keep your trusty favorites in business or help get some newcomers off the ground.)

Remember: Whether you opt for takeout, delivery, or take advantage of newly loosened indoor dining guidelines,  wear a mask … and be prepared to pile on the layers. It’s still cold out there. But this month’s Hit List will show you the way.
