Buckle up, diners! It’s another month of constant change. Gov. Jay Inslee issued another halt to indoor service at restaurants and bars, with outdoor dining limited to table sizes of five or fewer. This will remain in effect until at least December 14. As the famous proverb says, necessity is the mother of invention — and thankfully, restaurants have had months to refine the takeout process and race to winterize outdoor dining spaces.
