1. IL Nido
West Seattle
After closing its doors for much of March, IL Nido has been offering take-home pasta for the past month now. Dubbed the IL Nido Pasta Shop, diners get a chance to taste Mike Easton’s handmade pastas and sauces (and salads and desserts) by buying it from a refrigerated case in the restaurant and bringing it home to assemble, no reservations required. Unlike other restaurants that are doing online ordering, IL Nido’s pasta shop is a first-come, first-served operation. Open Tue.-Sat. from 3 – 7 p.m. Follow on Instagram for updates.
