Because I-Miun Liu, the man behind Oasis Tea Zone and East Trading Company, put this otherwise unused space to use, reviving the back room to become one of the ID’s swankiest bars. The menu features craft cocktails leaning East, and a menu of small bites and rice bowls, ranging from dok boki (Korean rice cakes in a spicy sauce) to zha jiang noodles (noodles topped with black bean paste, minced pork, and veggies).
