1/Byblos
Because the lamb ribs may be well worth the price alone, but there’s oh so much more to this Spice feast. Creamy spinach filled pide, tangy Persian fried chicken, and duck seared cauliflower make it a downright steal. Baklava ice cream, too. // South Beach. Book now at Byblos.

2/Beaker & Gray
Because theme park turkey legs just got a serious upgrade. Pair them with pork rice noodles and a mind-bending twist on milk and cookies made with donuts. Winner, winner turkey dinner. // Wynwood. Book now at Beaker & Gray.

3/Eating House
Because while not technically a Miami Spice menu, Eating House’s famous 420 meal is back for August and September. PB&J poutine, black truffle smothered nachos, and “special” brownie Sundays are just a few of the dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. // Coral Gables. Book now at Eating House.

4/27 Restaurant and Bar
Because Spice with a cocktail is twice as nice. Sip on a Bar Lab libation while eating the “Griot & Pikliz” aka crispy pork shoulder, Israeli shakshuka, and a Cuban tres leches for dessert. Dale. // South Beach. Book now at 27 Restaurant & Bar.

5/Toscana Divino
Because two is better than one, especially when it comes to Miami Spice menus. Go traditional with burrata and carbonara or take the modern route with a 59-spiced Italian mole. Feel free to mix it up, because breaking the rules is fun. // Brickell. (305) 930-6873.

6/Coya
Because this is menu fit for a Peruvian king. Start with the branzino ceviche before munching on crispy duck and not one, not two, but three desserts. // Brickell. Book now at Coya.

7/Alter
Because power lunch, Brad Kilgore style. Its daytime only Spice menu lives up to the hype. Soft egg? Oh, yeah. Homemade cavatelli? Definitely. Whipped malted chocolate? You may want to order another round. // Wynwood. Book now at Alter.

8/Mignonette
Because the beloved, and juicy, prime rib makes its comeback just for Spice. And, hello, oysters topped with manchego. // Edgewater. (305) 374-4635.

9/Ariete
Because ‘dem nuggets. The chuck burger is worth all the buzz, then complete the meal with homemade pie just like grandma made it. Pro tip: don’t forget your gratis parker house rolls. // Coconut Grove. (305) 640-5862.

10/Scarpetta
Because that is some delicious pasta. The famous tomato and basil Scarpetta classic makes a triumphant return to this year’s Spice menu. Go all in on the carbs with tangy polenta and a warm berry crumble. The diet will start tomorrow. // South Beach. (305) 674-4660.
