Bresca
One of 2017’s hottest new openings, Bresca is ringing in its first New Year’s Eve by partnering with Piper-Heidsieck Champagne to host the Black and Gold Formal Dash of Seduction. Promising to sweep guests away in a festive and whimsical world of bubbles and culinary delights, the party will feature a myriad of creative passed hors d’oeuvres and luxurious food stations, plus an open bar, free flowing Champagne, the restaurant’s signature cocktails, and a live DJ.
Menu Highlights: Raw bar ice sculpture with oysters, caviar, prawns and crudo; king crab rolls with brioche and black truffles; oxtail agnolotti with celery root and black walnut.

Civil Cigar Lounge
Civil Cigar Lounge is offering a three-course prix-fixe dinner that includes a welcome cocktail, cigar, and complimentary Champagne toast as the clock strikes twelve.

Maple
A DC staple for Italian fare and wine, Maple has a special, three-course prix fixe menu in store for New Year’s Eve. An included, Champagne toast at midnight cements the appeal.
Menu Highlights: Seared scallops with wilted spinach and saffron sauce; grilled lamb chops; pappardelle with parsnips, pancetta, and white wine sauce; maple apple bread pudding.

Masseria
This lovely pasta-focused restaurant has a range of offerings up its sleeve for New Year’s Eve: two options for the first seating– a four-course dinner in the dining room or a six-course La Cucina meal at the chef’s counter (book at 5pm), and three options for the second seating– five-courses in the dining room, and six or eight at the chef’s table (book at 8pm). All second seatings come with an end-of-night glass of Dom Perignon to ring in 2018.

Métier
