Brush Sushi Izakaya
Brush Sushi Izakaya features izakaya fare, edomae style sushi, and omakase from chef-owner Jason Liang. In his words, Brush is “a Japanese gastropub offering a combination of authentic Japanese pub fare and detailed chef-driven sushi.” He aims to “respect the simplicity of the cuisine yet elevate it with hints of modern flavors and techniques.” That results in a range of menu items hot, cold, grilled, over rice, and otherwise comprised of high-quality ingredients from sustainable and seasonal seafood to Wagyu beef.
