Now on Resy: Pearl Street, Kalye, Enoteca Harlem, and More Local Favorites
From a noodle destination in the Upper West Side to a Midtown gem for Thai specialties, these are just a few of the beloved New York spots that are now bookable on Resy. Right this way.
Note: This list will be updated regularly with new additions each month, so be sure to check back often. For New York’s newest restaurant openings, head here.
The Tang Upper West Side
Newly added!
While The Tang has excellent Chinese and Taiwanese specialties, the noodles section might just shine the most. There are no less than ten varieties to choose from, from braised beef noodle soup and dan dan noodles to an herbal chicken noodle soup that’s been simmered for six hours. Come with a group of friends so you can sample the smaller plates — dim sum, scallion pancakes, popcorn chicken, and the like — but to each their own noodle.
Crave Fishbar – Upper East Side Upper East Side
Newly added!
With a 100% sustainable seafood philosophy (they only serve wild-caught and responsibly-farmed seafood), Crave FishBar is your place to go deep on grilled octopus, Maine lobster rolls, oysters (don’t miss the happy hour deal), and blackened branzino. There’s just something about doing good that tastes that much better …
Enoteca Harlem Central Harlem
Newly added!
The Basque Country certainly doesn’t feel 3,500 miles away when you’re at Enoteca in Harlem. The langoustines are perfectly simmered in white wine, the tortilla de patatas knocks it out of the park, and the croquetas pull away to reveal everything from cod to shrimp in coconut milk. Throw in a curated list of Spanish wines and escape from New York, if only for a night.
Fiddlesticks West Village
Newly added!
Anyone who went to college in the city knows Fiddlesticks. Enjoying a pint of Guinness at their bar is a rite of passage, as is partaking in a round of loaded fries for the table. It may be a student hang, but it’s classic enough for everyone to feel at home.
Pearl Street Dumbo
Newly added!
Because you can’t beat a menu of seafood-centric specialties right by the Brooklyn waterfront in Dumbo. Try the fluke ceviche, the raw oysters, or the perfect high/low combination that is the golden Osetra caviar “pie” served in an open bag of Fritos.
DAGG Thai Midtown
Newly added!
Yes, Dagg has massaman curry and pad Thai, but you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t choose something from the house signatures, too. Think muk yad sai (an incredible stuffed squid stew with salted duck egg yolk), grilled cuttlefish, and a fancy twist on krapow with Wagyu.
Bella Blu Upper East Side
Newly added!
You can trust Bella Blu when it comes to Italian American classics — they’ve been doing it for over two decades, with no signs of stopping anytime soon. And while you can’t go wrong, do know that the grilled artichokes and homemade pappardelle with duck ragu are very much loved.
Sushi Ginza Midtown East
Newly added!
A fantastic neighborhood sushi spot, Sushi Ginza deals in everything from nori tacos and spicy tuna crispy rice (a known customer favorite) to an array of fresh sushi, maki, and sashimi. The low lighting, cozy booths, and friendly staff make the experience all the more special.
Ainslie Bowery Bowery
Newly added!
The Bowery location of a Williamsburg gem, Ainslie deals in Italian classics done right, from arancini and calamari fritti to wood-fired pizzas and housemade pastas. For those looking for high-energy vibes, don’t miss the $32 bottomless brunch on weekends.
Kalye – Rivington Lower East Side
Newly added!
As the second location of a beloved New York Filipino spot, Kalye is a sure bet for longganisa sliders, pork sisig, and halo-halo that’s sure to please everyone. Pro tip: For those looking for a proper feast (and a sight to behold), ask Kalye about their boodle fights, in which an array of meats, seafood, and rice served on banana leaves is designed to be eaten with your hands.
Adélaïde Salon Chelsea
Newly added!
Because stepping into Adélaïde is like traveling back in time to the Prohibition era. Hidden behind a door inside the French bistro Loulou, the speakeasy-style lounge promises a night of surprises, featuring live performances, shrimp cocktail, and baked Camembert.
Anatoli 56 Greek Taverna Midtown East
Newly added!
Because Anatoli 56 is exactly what you want from a Greek taverna. A family-owned kind of place, with grilled octopus, fresh feta, and souvlaki galore.
Pasta Night Prospect Heights
Newly added!
It’s right there in the name: Pasta Night is where you want to be for a cozy, homey Italian meal. Obviously, you’re ordering heavily from the pasta section of the menu — the amatriciana and gnocchi Florentine are particularly worthy of attention — but do save room, as you’d be remiss to skip the ricotta cheesecake for dessert.
Daikon Sushi Forest Hills
Newly added!
Whether you enjoy the à la carte or the omakase experiences at Daikon, know that you’re in the good hands, and that fresh, beautifully plated pieces of sushi, sashimi, and temaki are in the cards either way. (The sake selection is great, too.)
Casa Bella Restaurant Little Italy
Newly added!
Because this is classic Little Italy, plain and simple, from mozzarella en carozza and meatballs to clams oreganata and all. Plus, Casa Bella ups the ante with a glamorous dining room, complete with blue velvet seating and chandeliers galore.
The Green Room Prospect Lefferts Gardens
Newly added!
Live music, an eclectic worldly menu, and a long list of cocktails — that’s The Green Room for you. And because we care, do know that the duck confit and curry chickpea crostini are never a bad idea.
Bemelmans Bar Upper East Side
As an iconic piece of the New York dining world, Bemelmans is the kind of place you’ve either been to or have always wanted to go to. And we highly recommend that you do — classics are usually classic for a reason, and Bemelmans is no exception (ordering a martini is never a bad idea). Named for the creator of the “Madeline” books, murals by the same artist adorn the walls and live music is always on order.
Good Guy’s Lower East Side
Good Guy’s in good company: located right by Attaboy (you know, the spot with no menu that frequently makes the World’s Best 50 Bars list), this wine bar serves up spritzes and aperitivi from the same team next door. Order the trout roe dip and the tinned mussels, if you know what’s good for you.
Tao Uptown Midtown
Enjoy your orders of impeccable dumplings, noodles, and dim sum under the watchful eye of the enormous Buddha statue in the center of the dining room. This is a spot for making a night of it — it is Tao, after all — so choose your outfit and post-dinner plans accordingly.
The Smith – Midtown Midtown East
It’s all the skillet mac ‘n’ cheese, burgers, and martinis you know and love from the original East Village location (plus a giant raw bar to boot), located in the perfect neighborhood for a work lunch or dinner.
Magic Hour Bar Midtown South
You know it, you’ve probably been to it — Magic Hour is one of the largest all-season rooftop bars in the city. You’re here for the views of the Empire State Building, but don’t skip the drinks, like their boozy pink hot chocolate.
Lillie’s Union Square Union Square
A Victorian-era inspired spot, Lillie’s (named for the celebrated actress of the time, Lillie Langtry) deals in fare that is more modern than the vibes: think wagyu cheeseburgers, crispy pork belly nachos, and a smoked old fashioned.
Ai Fiori Midtown
It’s all beautiful bouquets and crisp white tablecloths at Ai Fiori, which fittingly translates to “among the flowers.” Expect a menu of Italian and French classics, like vichyssoise, tagliatelle with lobster and caviar, and suckling pig, served in an elegant hotel setting that overlooks bustling Fifth Avenue.
