Greenwood American Bistro Seattle
Newly added!
All the tastes and flavors that make the PNW and beyond exciting show up at this handsomely stylish Greenwood spot. Order the pita with carrot dip and salsa macha, then segue into seasonal bites like skewered flank steak with butternut purée, and black cod with chorizo and farro.
Fusion India Bothell
Because it’s as festive and (occasionally) raucous as a Bollywood blockbuster. Your food may come to the table in a toy truck or other props (many do), and it’s all delicious. Just know that every night feels like a party at this Bothell spot.
Kamp Social House Madison Valley
If there’s one throughline with this Madison Valley local’s joint, it’s that you’ll want to eat everything on the menu. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone — egg rolls stuffed with boudin sausage and rice, wings with sticky pineapple rum glaze, and jerk-spiced duck confit are just a few standouts — all done really well. Zero-proof cocktails, of which there are many, are as good as full boozy ones.
Chan Seattle Downtown Seattle
After wowing fans with his blend of Korean flavors and a hefty dose of Western technique and ingredients, chef Heong Soon Park moved from Pike Place to much larger, more established digs inside the Paramount Hotel. You’ll still find knockouts like the black cod in delicate broth, and spicy gochujang pork sliders, but also things like sot bap, or rice cooked with things like duck, wild mushrooms, and truffle. A spin around the cocktail menu is mandatory.
Driftwood Alki Beach
It’s not just the pretty blue-green hues, fish-scale wallpaper, and natural woods and stone that evoke the sea at this West Seattle stunner. Located right on Alki Beach, the water is just a few yards away. Taking cues from the seasons and local PNW purveyors, the menu changes often, but expect things like clams with glazed pork belly and buttered turnips, and apple cake with bourbon caramel and apple sorbet.
